Fast service done right
Pretty rude over the phone, asked if he could assist with a tow and he said "probably not", but continued to ask questions about where it was, then just said "No, I can't do that" and hung up, didn't tell me why, didn't recommend anyone else.
Showed the problems with my car before fixing them.
My experiences with this shop have always been great. They provide excellent service and are always very reasonably priced. Moving here from out of state, I needed to find someone I could trust with my vehicles. I found that at Juniors.
Do NOT use this business. My husband had a flat tire in close proximity to Junior's. He pulled over to the side of the road and was given a ride to this business by a passer-by. The guys at Junior's told my husband they don't sell tires and suggested a place in the next town. The passer-by was nice enough to give my husband a ride to the second business. My husband bought a new tire there and called me to come take him back to the truck. We reached the place where the truck should have been and it was gone. I drove a little further and it was sitting in the parking lot of Junior's. My husband was approached by two workers who told him a story- and I mean *story*: a VERY ANGRY police officer spotted my husband's truck. Ordered it towed because my husband wasn't back within the allotted time the officer supposedly gave my husband (15 minutes in the middle of nowhere). My husband NEVER talked to an officer. Not once. The guy lied. Not only did my husband never talk to an officer, there was no ticket, tag or other indication that anyone had flagged it. These guys *knew* my husband was broken down on the side of the road right nearby and saw an opportunity to try and fleece someone out of a quick $250 (the amount they told us we were lucky they decided not to charge after I called him out for lying). This business is dishonest, and as far as I'm concerned, are thieves. They never entered into a contract with either A. my husband or B. an officer. When confronted, they back-peddled. My husband finished putting the tire on his truck and left. If he HAD been charged, I'd be hiring a lawyer right now instead of trying to warn other people away. If you're local, please help spread the word. Honest businesses shouldn't have to compete with dishonest ones. Vote with your business.
