I really wouldn't even give this place a star. It smells like mold. A melted carton of ice cream and hair in the shower greeted us after the surprise of our credit card number being written down in a reservation book for anyone to see at the "front counter" I'm still not clear if u pay by person or room as rates change from second to second while booking and again at check in. If u plan on staying here do not book room for more than one night because if you can't stomach the smell of mold and cigarettes along with pubes in your tub , once they have your card numbers there are no refunds and if you book a week and check out the next day guess what. But on the plus side during our brief stay parking wasn't a problem because we were the only ones here.
Booked online and have no idea how it got 4 stars on the site. The room is small, smells funny, and one of the beds has a burn mark on it. Supposed to be a non smoking room. Only stayed here because could not get a room elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the motel has gone so far down from when the late Marion owned it. She ran a very clean place, with lower rates. We will definitely never return. If anyone is planning on staying there, better bring your own towels and a sleeping bag....
